1.SQL series basic introduction

SQL 1880series region protection light curtain has higher improvements than STQ,SNQ series region protection light curtains in appearance,firm,installation use and so on. Its appearance is artistical,structure firm,easy to installation

and beam-fousing,and it is widely be used in turret punch,code pile machine,assembly stand ,packing equipment ,logistic processing area, the robot working area,automatic production equipment,other dangerous area surrounding protection.

This series product consist emitter,receiver,reflector,fitting W type,N type,ND type controller or SR type safety relay ,can provide NPN,PNPoutput,can come true single face and long distance region protection,or fit reflector to realize 2 sides or 3 sides region protection.

3.Working principle

The protector consists of light curtain,signal cables,controller and control cables.The light curtain can form infrard light curtain,detect the signal of passing or intercepting,and send the signal to control box that also supplies power to the light curtain.The control box processes the signal and outputs the closed or opened signal used safety relay,and then connects the control trip circuit of the press by control cable or other protective equipment to protect the workers.

4.Detailed introduction

(1)SQLseries is based on STD series,using 1 or 2 mirrors to reflect the beams,changing the transmissive direction of the beams,forming 2 or 3 sides protected zone.(2)Light curtain form:Plane mirror reflect

(3)Standard configuration:2 sides protection:Emitter/1,Mirror/1,Receiver/1,W type controller/1,Signal cable 3m/1 root, 10m/1 root ,Installation fittings/1 set;

3 sides protection:Emitter/1,Mirror/2,Receiver/1,W type controller/1,Signal cable 3m/1 root, 10m/1 root ,Installation fittings/1 set;It is allowed to choose N type controller.

(4)Controller:W type, outside installation,control 1 set light curtain,the power source is AC220V/110V(terminals) or DC24V; N type, inside installation,control 1 set light curtain,the power source is AC220V/110V(tswitch conversion) or DC24V; controller cable is equipped with standard length: N type 1.0m ,W type 2.5m(5)It can provide NPN ,PNP output, at this time, we should guarantee the follow-up control circuit correspond to safety requirements and provide DC24V power source.(6)Prompts specially:If the power source need to be DC24V,the special explanation should be made on order.If the length of signal and controller cables need to lengthen,the special explanation should be made on order;
